Responsibilities

• General secretarial and administration support, Coordinate meeting and schedule, prepare meeting materials and notes and phone calls.
• Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filling
• Handles correspondence including incoming mails, emails, faxes, etc
• Provide high-level organizational and administrative support to undertake activities including confidential matters
• Help manage projects, develop and maintain documents such as meeting minutes, drawings, specifications, approvals and related items. Periodically responsible for training employees on records management procedures and policies, which include documentations, retention and retrieval.
• Interface with project management staff to ascertain schedule of deliverables, distribution list – matrices – for projects
• Meet deadline prescribed and vet all work for compliance to the project plan, company policies/procedures database conventions/ standards.
• You will also be required to perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Min GCE ‘O’ level.
• Able to work in fast-paced and deadline driven environment, staying focused to carry out tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
• Self-directed, with the ability to work independently, and highly-motivated
• Detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy as in contact with complex and sensitive documents

Responsibilities

• Responsible for clerical and administrative duties
• Perform daily reconciliation of inventory to ensure product availability and accuracy to meet delivery schedules
• Assisting in Quotation, Invoice, Packing List, PO and DO duties
